What is Microsoft Copilot?

Aimed at productivity and cross-platform functionality, the Microsoft 365 Copilot tool is designed to simplify how you work. Marketed as “your copilot for work,” Copilot has a few different aspects that define what it is. In the most basic sense, Microsoft Copilot is a chatbot that answers your questions by scanning and summarizing real-time data from the internet. The chatbot was originally released as Bing Chat earlier this year but was later rebranded under the Copilot umbrella of services. Microsoft Copilot for Windows can generate text and content according to the prompts provided, and users can make use of images and voice chat instead of having to type it out as well. This copilot tool is freely available for Windows users.

Another way to answer “What is Microsoft Copilot?” is to summarize its other capabilities that are available to Microsoft Enterprise users and those who subscribe to the additional Microsoft 365 services. Users can scan and summarize documents, reply to emails, create code, boost cyber security, etc. The more sophisticated Microsoft Copilot components are designed to be integrated into every aspect of your work with your desktop.

What Does Microsoft Copilot Do?

It is easier to understand what Copilot is when you’re able to understand what Microsoft Copilot does. Many components of Microsoft Copilot are currently available and others are to be released early in 2024. If you’re wondering how Microsoft Copilot works, the basic AI chat features are similar to what we’ve been familiar with, from search engines to chatbots that respond to our queries and provide consolidated search results and inputs. The more complex Copilot tools are capable of much more. It uses generative artificial intelligence and large language models to help users assess, assimilate, and respond to data.

Copilot for GitHub—The Copilot Origin Story

The earliest iterations of Microsoft’s Copilot initiative had arrived way back in October 2021. Since the initial launch of GitHub Copilot, the development of code has become a much more straightforward process. The service assisted with the writing and autocompletion of code and with the latest developments in March, GitHub Copilot X has taken the AI incorporation within the coding process even further.

If you’re wondering what Copilot does here, it provides a chat window for users to discuss their code, providing in-depth analysis of code they have written already as well as the errors that have been generated. Powered by OpenAI’s new GPT-4 model, the GitHub Copilot is set to assist with submitting pull requests, supporting voice-to-code AI technology extensions, and suggesting tests that can improve the work done with the code.

Microsoft 365—What Is Microsoft Copilot Going to Change?

Integrated into Microsoft services like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Copilot is set to simplify the data that is being added and generated, with responses tailored to your role and preferences. AI-generated visuals in PowerPoint will ensure your presentations are best customized for you and your audience. From creating customized presentation templates to generating a first draft of a write-up, M356 Copilot is supposed to help break down tasks and generate data to save you from investing time and energy in doing the same. Integrated into Excel, it should assist with conducting complex mathematical data analysis that can help with data analysis and visualization.

Integrated into Microsoft Teams, there are various assistant duties that Microsoft Copilot does there as well. The features are unreleased, but the tool should be able to transcribe meetings and generate summaries for the session, quoting teammates when prompted to record specific minutes of the meeting. Its use with the Whiteboard will help users create data visualizations during meetings very easily. If the meeting details do not need to be recorded, Microsoft Copilot can be kept on standby as a chatbot for any queries. Outside of the meetings, the AI assistant can help generate responses and adjust messages to suit the tone required for any communication through the chat.

Microsoft has also announced Microsoft Mesh, a new form of 3D immersive technology that will allow businesses to create three-dimensional spaces that will transform how meetings are conducted. Users can generate avatars, select 3D environments, assign seats, have simultaneous conversations, experience interactive activities, and provide live reactions as meetings are conducted. With growing talks of metaverses and immersive technology, this could represent the future of online meetings and interactions.

Microsoft Outlook—What Does Microsoft Copilot Do to Simplify Emails?

In 2024, users will be able to use Microsoft 365 to take a look at email thread summaries, whether to avoid the effort of scanning through each email or for a recap before they generate a response. Copilot is designed to summarize the data and suggest responses and action points that you can take next. Scheduling and preparing for meetings will also be simplified—you can review invitation details, scan through relevant documents, draft agendas, and get the relevant participants involved in the process as well.

Microsoft Copilot Studio—The Real Gamechanger

Microsoft Copilot Studio—The Real Gamechanger

From the Microsoft Copilot Studio presentation at Microsoft Ignite 2023 “Transform copilot development with Microsoft Copilot Studio”

Copilot is designed to support you in multiple ways but the Copilot Studio is meant to take the customization even further and build your own copilots. The low-code tool combines generative AI and large language models in combination with various plugins to create a customized copilot that suits your own business or builds on data regarding your own company business for your employees. Microsoft Copilot Studio will access the various data sources you share it with, from websites to stored files, and then generate responses specifically.

“Makers can import or create new plugins from existing platform components including data sources, connectors, flows, AI prompts, and custom topics. With more than 1,100 pre-built connectors, like SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow, organizations can easily connect to all their business data. And when you need to connect a data source that doesn’t have a prebuilt connector, no problem—it’s easy to build your own.”

Standalone copilots that are designed in the studio can be used for internal business operations but they can also be presented for public use to assist customers with answering questions and navigating towards the resources they are looking for. The centralized dashboard allows administrators and developers to control various features of the generated copilot and view necessary analytics to restructure their data and services.

In a world where traditional startups often spend a decade in the laboratory perfecting their innovations, Peak Energy takes a different approach. Veterans of the battery industry have joined forces for Peak Energy’s launch, a groundbreaking initiative with a mission to revolutionize renewable energy storage through the mass production of giant batteries

“A normal Silicon Valley startup is 10 years in the lab, comes up with a better mousetrap, and goes to market. We’re completely the opposite.”

– Cameron Dales, President and Chief Commercial Officer, Peak Energy

These batteries to store solar energy, are designed to address the inherent fluctuations in power generation from renewable sources like solar and wind. Peak Energy’s primary objective is to rapidly scale up the production of sodium-ion batteries within the United States.

Peak Energy Launch: Emerging From The Depths Of Stealth Mode

Unlike many startups, Peak Energy isn’t focused on inventing a new technology from scratch. Instead, it aims to collaborate with a technology company (which is yet to be selected) already well-versed in battery technology but lacking the capacity to scale up manufacturing.

Peak Energy Launch

Landon Mossburg, the CEO of Peak Energy, highlighted the rarity of manufacturing scalability in the battery market.

“The difficulty of manufacturing scale-up is one of the reasons you see so many ‘breakthrough battery technology’ announcements but very, very few companies who actually reach the market.”

Peak Energy emerged from stealth mode in June and has already garnered significant attention, announcing a $10 million funding round led by Greg Reichow at Eclipse, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm. Reichow, a former Tesla executive, was responsible for battery, motor, and electronics manufacturing during his tenure at the Elon Musk-led automaker, making him a valuable addition to the Peak Energy team.

TDK Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of the multinational electronics company TDK, also joined the funding round.

Challenges For Making Batteries To Store Solar Energy

The central challenge facing the expansion of renewable energy sources is grid-scale battery storage.

Existing technologies, such as lithium-ion batteries, have not yet reached a price point that allows for the required scaling across various sectors. The United States Energy Information Administration forecasts substantial growth in battery storage capacity, from 9 gigawatts in 2022 to 247 gigawatts in 2050. Peak Energy aims to play a pivotal role in meeting this demand.

While still in its nascent stages with around 10 employees and a San Francisco office, Peak Energy has ambitious plans. The team is set to triple in size in the coming months, with the goal of producing prototype battery systems by 2024. By 2030, the company envisions producing “double-digit gigawatt” quantities of battery cells for both its proprietary battery systems and other applications.

Why Peak Energy’s Launch Has Driven Leaders

Building gigawatt-scale battery factories requires substantial investment, ranging from $50 million to $100 million per gigawatt. Such factories typically employ thousands of people and occupy immense spaces. However, Mossburg, who previously worked at Northvolt, a Swedish battery manufacturing company, has experience in rapidly scaling production and securing substantial financing. Northvolt, founded by a former Tesla executive, Peter Carlsson, experienced remarkable growth during Mossburg’s tenure.

Peak Energy Inspires From Northvolt, Tesla

Peak Energy’s launch intends to follow a similar playbook to Northvolt, starting with a small seed round of funding and subsequently raising substantial amounts of equity and debt.

“Peak Energy’s team comprises two industry veteran leaders who have scaled a battery company before.”

– Anil Achyuta, TDK Ventures

What Is Peak Energy’s Vision For Batteries To Store Solar Energy?

Peak Energy’s primary focus is on the development of large sodium-ion battery systems tailored for integration with wind and solar energy production facilities. These grid-scale batteries store excess energy generated from renewable sources and release it during periods of low generation.

The company manufactures individual battery cells, which are then combined into modules, further assembled into batteries the size of tractor-trailer trucks, and deployed alongside renewable energy farms in batches of 50 to 100 units. Remarkably, 100 such blocks can power 62,500 homes for four hours.

Compared to the conventional lithium-ion batteries used in consumer electronics and electric vehicles, sodium-ion batteries are less energy-dense and heavier. Peak Energy believes that sodium-ion batteries will eventually surpass lithium-ion in cost-efficiency, potentially halving the cost of systems like Tesla’s Megapack.

Moreover, lithium-ion batteries present fire hazards, and the growing electric vehicle market consumes a significant portion of the available supply. As Dales pointed out, utilities often face supply constraints because automotive manufacturers prioritize lithium-ion battery production.

Peak Energy’s decision to manufacture in the United States not only mitigates the geo-political risks but also aligns with climate-conscious practices.

By harnessing the expertise of industry veterans like Greg Reichow and Cameron Dales, Peak Energy aims to accelerate the transition to a sustainable, renewable energy future powered by large-scale sodium-ion batteries.

Apple’s repertoire with its greatest hit, the iPhone, has narrowly escaped ignominy in the light of Wall Street expectations. Apple’s revenue took a pint-sized hit after having fallen about 1 percent but has stood defiantly in the smartphone market that has been in a tailspin for the past two years. While it is perturbing to know that Apple’s iPhone sales dropped about 2 percent from the preceding year and that Apple’s Q3 revenue declined, the company is renowned as the world’s most valuable tech titan.

The broader industry is stumbling with a malaise in sales and Apple’s financial downturn is privy to how the affluent patrons’ unmatched appetite for iPhones has been a saving grace.

Apple’s Revenue Forecast: Q3 Revenue Decline

By the dint of Meta Platforms’ (Facebook) and Alphabet’s (Google) astounding double-digit profit expansions, Apple has boldly divulged its triumph in a mere 1 percent dip in revenue, settling at $81.8 billion in Q3. The spotlight is fixated on Apple’s quarterly earnings – a $19.88 billion surge in profit.

However, Apple’s quarterly performance is mediocre, by the tech giant’s own standards. This miniature win describes the third sales decline of the fiscal year.

Surprisingly, let’s not paint this as a lackluster tale of waning fortunes. Apple’s revenue might be facing a few headwinds, but it has always outpaced even the most tempered Wall Street predictions, and that is the biggest testament to Apple’s resilient and buoyant nature.

Apple revenue

Apple’s financial results echo a broader trend in the tech domain. Nearly all the tech giants have regained their footing in the market after the murky turbulence last year. The big tech companies were feebly moving through most of 2022, owing to weakening e-commerce, digital ads, and computer sales.

Amazon’s quarterly earnings have thwarted Wall Street’s wildest projections with unprecedented profits. Google’s and Microsoft’s meteoric success is contingent on resurgent digital ad sales. Almost all of the Silicon Valley giants had to resort to cost-cutting measures by enforcing furloughs and pruning away their legacy of perks.

Apple stood out like an outlier – sidestepping the tidal wave of layoffs. And it was hit by another wave of an unforeseen surge in demand in the pandemic, as the need for remote work boomed. Apple’s iPad and MacBook sales were explosive then. But those sales have since taken a downturn. MacBook sales dropped by 7 percent to $6.84 billion, while iPad sales nosedived 20 percent to $5.79 billion.

But does this hint at a faltering Apple? Hardly. The hype around the iPhone hasn’t died down ever since the first iPhone was launched in 2007. Most smartphone contemporaries like Samsung and Vivo had to face the brunt of the plunge in sales, following mid-budgeted lineups, but Apple’s market share was snowballing like the sky’s the limit.

Notably in China’s market, Apple’s iPhones weren’t just a luxury, but every deep-pocketed customer’s desire – being facilitated by convenient monthly payment plans. China’s smartphone market was plagued by a slump of 4 percent and in contrast, Apple was defying the economic gloom by soaring about 7 percent.

Apple’s Quarterly Earnings: How The Tech Giant Is Swerving Into Success

To place Apple’s revenue under the magnifying glass, the company raked in a staggering $39.67 billion from iPhone sales, a trifling 2 percent drop from 2022.

Luca Maestri, Apple’s CFO, touted the company’s affordability programs as key contributors to their success. A majority of iPhones are now sold through innovative programs – trade-ins, installments, and financing – democratizing access to cutting-edge technology.

Amid device sales issues, the App Store and Apple Watch sales continued their ephemeral rise. Apple’s services business, encompassing Apple Music subscriptions, App Store transactions, and Apple Pay, boasts an incredible $21.21 billion in sales, an 8% upswing. Meanwhile, the wearables division, home to the iconic Apple Watch and AirPods witnessed a 2% surge, amassing $8.28 billion in sales.

Looking for a new revenue stream on its horizon, Apple has unveiled its newest product addition since 2014 – Vision Pro, a $3,500 high-tech pair of glasses that blend virtual reality with the real world. Albeit, it won’t go live until next year. Apple has forayed into uplifting budding markets to boost sales, after having a maiden entry into India, which paid off handsomely after eager customers thronged through.

“While I’m pleased with our growth there, we still have a very, very modest and low share of the smartphone market. It’s a huge opportunity for us.”

– Tim Cook, CEO of Apple

Apple’s sales in India have doubled since last year, predicting a rich, billion-strong iPhone user base in the country by 2026.

The Realme Coca-Cola phone is the new talk of the town. In a massive development, The Chinese mobile giant Realme has inked a significant collaboration with global beverage king Coca-Cola to produce a one-of-its-kind, special Coca-Cola-themed smartphone.

For obvious reasons, the Realme Coca-Cola phone has almost broken the internet. There’s a mad rush all over. Both tech-savvy people and Coca-Cola fans all over the world have gone crazy. From popular social media platforms to leading tech community portals and even Coca-Cola fan community channels, the all-new super cool device is garnering heaps of posts. And it goes without saying that they are all brimming with excitement and joy.

This brand-new Realme Coca-Cola phone is basically a Realme 10 Pro, which has been packed in a tailor-made Coca-Cola theme. Hence, the Realme 10 Pro, which remains a hit in the global smartphone market, manages to retain its over-the-top features only to get coupled with an array of new Coca-Cola-themed ones. And the end product appears to be jaw-dropping, which can drive any Coca-Cola fan berserk.

One must understand that Coca-Cola enjoys a huge fan base all over the world. Do you know how many people drink this popular beverage every day? The numbers speak volumes about the brand and can make anyone shell-shocked. Coca-Cola claims that more than 1.9 billion servings of its drinks are enjoyed in more than 200 countries each day. Wait … A whopping 1.9 billion?!! Yes. Now it makes sense why Realme decided to spring such a surprise by rolling out a Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition.

Let’s delve deeper into the story to find out the important details. Here we go!

Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition

Realme Coca-Cola Phone: In Lieu of 525 Coke Cans 😉

Yes, it’s true that the news of the Realme Coca-Cola phone has raised many eyebrows around the world, but the device’s look and feel have grabbed millions of eyeballs already. Realme says the FOMO (For the uninitiated, it’s a new social media slang which means ‘fear of missing out.’) is real as the exhilaration has already driven more than 300K clicks in the Online Booking Event of Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition.

You would be amazed to know that it costs only 525 Coke cans to lay your hands on this super cool Coca-Cola-themed smartphone. It’s a decent mid-range phone that is pocket-friendly and dipped in a can of chilled Coke. The phone smells Coke, tastes Coke & even feels Coke, let alone the Coke look.

For the uninitiated, this is not the first time Realme laid out such a crazy-themed smartphone. Here are a few blasts from the past – Naruto, Dragon Ball Z, Thor, and Spiderman. Therefore, we understand that for Realme, it’s nothing new to make such collaborations. We realize all of these above-mentioned brands happen to be extremely popular franchises with a huge dedicated fan base across the world.

But this time, it’s a soft drink. Though it’s probably the most popular soft drink brand in the world (valued at $70bn and the brand which comes a distant second with a $13.8bn valuation is none other than Diet Coke), it’s only a beverage brand and not a franchise which usually results in a host of merchandise people want to keep as their prized possessions.

We will come back to this discussion later if this is a wise decision to churn out a special Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition or not. Now let’s look at the pros and cons of this otherwise super cool smartphone.

Hits

  • Farm-fresh Coca-Cola-themed design.
  • The notification sound is themed after the sound of opening a Coke bottle.
  • There is a sound of someone sipping Coke when you click a photo.
  • Coca-Cola themed UI.
  • It stands out amidst the crowd.
  • Cool, stylish & a treasure trove for a Coca-Cola fan.
  • It doesn’t charge too much.
  • It strikes a chord with the young crowd.

Misses

  • Makes the target audience niche.
  • After a while, it might become monotonous.
  • Even a dedicated Coca-Cola fan might not go to the extent of buying this, for smartphones are not bought way too often, unlike a t-shirt or coffee mug (so far as fan-oriented merchandise sales are concerned).

Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition Specifications

In case you are a Coca-Cola fan, you just can’t look anywhere beyond. Go, grab it! Because it’s ‘an offer you can’t refuse!’ [Image Credit: Realme]

In a nutshell, the Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition looks nice. One can unlock a wide range of premium features with a one-of-its-kind theme, all at a very reasonable price. We must say that the Realme 10 Pro 5G Coca-Cola Edition specifications more than justify its pocket-friendly price tag.

In case you are a Coca-Cola fan, you just can’t look anywhere beyond. Go, grab it! Because it’s ‘an offer you can’t refuse!’ But if you are not, or despite being a Coca-Cola buff, you are not willing to go to the extent of buying a smartphone themed after it, don’t worry. For, we have got you covered.

There are some really cool options from Realme itself. Both Realme 9 and Realme 10 are nice options. And if you get confused (chances are fair) about which suits you best, just check out our special feature titled, ‘Realme 9 Vs Realme 10: Which One Shall You Settle for?’ to clear the air of confusion.

How Good is the Move to Launch Such a Smartphone? Does it Really Stand a Chance?

See, Coca-Cola is one of the biggest brands in the world and the largest player in the global soft-drink market. There have been strong brands that existed before Coke arrived on the scene and a lot of others that came after Coke entered the race. But with the passage of time, Coca-Cola became the Goliath (and there are no Davids around).

If we have a close look, we realize that the brand has made serious inroads into many aspects of our lives. Now, you have Coke Studio, which produces some of the most beautiful and important works in the realm of music. The brand also possesses strong sporting connections – from the Olympics (it remains the longest-standing partner of the Olympic Games, having started the collaboration way back in 1928, at the Amsterdam Olympics), Paralympics, and special Olympics to global events of cricket and football. On the other hand, it has made a series of collaborations with popular video games and movies since the late 1980s.

To sum up, it’s now much more than a soft drink. Its tagline says, ‘Open Happiness’ and for millions of people (if not billions), Coke is pure emotion. Innumerable people around the world identify themselves with the brand.

Therefore, when Realme sells Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition, it also sells the emotion instilled in the device, the ecstasy around Coke itself.

In 2023, the global smartphone market looks quite cluttered. To be very honest, Realme doesn’t really stand a ‘Real’ chance in the flagship segment of Android phones, forget overall. It is what it is. But the race is still wide open in the budget category. It seems that Realme wants to tap into the massive fan following (not to be mistaken with the consumer base) that Coke has managed to build over the span of more than 100 years.

Taking all aspects into consideration, the Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition gives the Chinese tech player a much-needed edge in terms of brand positioning. For there’s no other player in the market which offers such a device or any of its distant variants.

There is another extremely significant angle to it. The Shenzhen-headquartered company knows inside out that what it needs is an initial trigger. Once there’s a serious outflow, the FOMO can take care of the rest – creating an artificial need for the device in the market and Realme being the only producer, it can go on to strike gold actually!

However, it’s always easier said than done. It has a task cut out and though the initial response finds itself well, the job remains a hard nut to crack. For, there has to be a surge that needs to continue for at least a few weeks, after which FOMO can take over to steer it forward.

Meanwhile, one thing is clear. The Realme 10 Pro Coca-Cola Edition will either turn out to be a grand success or it will fall flat on its face. There’s nothing in between, absolutely no room for a middle ground. Either you have it, or you don’t.

We have to wait for some time to assess how this specially-themed device fares in the market. For the ones who are curious enough, be rest assured. We at Technowize will be keeping vigilance on how its story unfolds and will keep you posted with exclusive updates. Meanwhile, you can check the Asus Zenfone 9, one of the hottest smartphones in the mid-range category, which has been running riot throughout the globe for a while.

Stay tuned! We will get back to you soon with more tech reviews along with other top stories from the world of tech.

The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition is simply a class of its own. This happens to be an extremely special one in the glorious Zenbook line up. Previously, we have seen some of the most fascinating laptops from Asus in this very series.

This year itself, we witnessed the arrival of the Asus Zenbook 14X OLED, which still remains an excellent choice among the best value-for-money laptops in 2022. Couple of months back, the ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold OLED ran riot through the foldable laptops market, globally.

The ASUS Space Zenbook is a commemorative edition, which celebrates the historic feat of its predecessor, the ASUS P6300. In 1998, it went to the Mir space station and despite all odds, continued to function seamlessly for as many as 600 days.

Let’s delve deeper with the new ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED, which Asus brands as the ‘out-of-this world laptop’.

ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition: Out of the World

Asus’s first-ever laptop made a giant leap to reach space. It was a strong statement. The fact that it accomplished a 600-day long journey at the Mir space station, is indeed remarkable. Especially, considering the reported incidents of fire and an array of other troubles out there.

Cut to 2022, Asus has successfully made a name for itself in the world of laptops. When it comes to the best gaming laptops, Asus remains a force to reckon with. Its Zenbook series is one of the most celebrated laptop line-ups in the world, at the moment.

But the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition is really out of this world, in every sense of the word. The very appearance strikes a chord with not only the astrophiles but anyone who’s curious about things that surround us. This meticulously crafted special Zenbook comes with an unusual 3.5-inch OLED monochrome display screen on the lid. To add to the excitement, it can be customized to a great extent. Incidentally, it’s a futuristic 3.5-inch OLED companion ZenVision display, which shows personalized notifications, animations or text.

The entire laptop has been designed with sheer brilliance and manages to reflect an effortless aura, just like the most definitive characters in the space. What grabs the eyeballs in the first place, is the minimalist design infused with top-notch craftsmanship and modern approach. The Zero-G Titanium color strikes fine balance with the predominant space theme.

In a nutshell, it belongs to a different league altogether. There has been no such space themed laptop before the ASUS Space Zenbook. Taking every aspect into consideration, it’s an astrophile’s paradise.

Unlock Infinite Opportunities

With the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition at your disposal, you have ample ‘space’ to explore, courtesy of a wide range of world-class functionality. Probably, the leading USP apart from the unique space theme, is certainly its ultraportable feature. Let’s have a close look at its stellar salient features.

Blistering Performance, Shimmering Glory

The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition is bolstered with the luminous presence of a 2.3GHz Intel 12th-generation Core i7-12700H CPU with 14 cores (six performance and eight efficiency cores). In addition to that, it comes with Intel Iris Xe graphics alongside 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Bluetooth 5.2 and Wi-Fi 6E are also there to make the overall experience completely seamless.

Cosmic Display

Thanks to a gem of a combination of a 16∶10 2.8K OLED NanoEdge PANTONE Validated 14-inch display, coupled with an unreal 92% screen-to-body ratio and TÜV Rheinland-certified eye care, its visual capabilities are almost beyond comparison. Its OLED screen manages to cover 100% P3 color gamut, which is indeed a major plus.

Key Characters and Power: Effortless and Maximum

The keyboard appears sturdy and can be operated with effortless ease, thanks to the soft-to-touch keys. Interestingly, the power button includes a fingerprint scanner for one-touch login with Windows Hello. Moreover, the smooth touchpad can double as a number pad (touchpad navigation remains unaffected while displaying the number pad).

It’s extremely lightweight and weighs only 1.5kg. The ASUS Space Zenbook is certified with the US Space Systems Command Standard (SMC-S-O16A) for equipment intended for use outside our planet’s atmosphere. ASUS claims it’s proven to sail through shock and vibrations (up to 2000 Hz) within a wide temperature range from -24°C up to 61°C. It also ticks the US Department of Defense’s MIL-STD 810H durability standards.

If you are interested in space then the ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition becomes the perfect choice for you. Even if you are not that much interested in space, still it remains a great choice as an easily-portable, power-packed laptop.

SpaceX Dragon launch is all-set to happen finally. If everything goes right, then it will be a reality within a day or two. This is aimed at managing commercial resupply to the International Space Station (ISS). However, it will also facilitate NASA in carrying out several experiments. This SpaceX Dragon 2 launch will mark the venture’s 26th commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS).

The much-awaited SpaceX Starship launch is also anticipated to happen in December. Interestingly, the company launched Falcon 9 back in September. This was a move targeted to bolster the Starlink Satellite Internet Service

In such a scenario, the upcoming SpaceX Dragon launch will be extremely crucial for the Elon Musk-owned company. Let’s delve deeper with the next SpaceX launch, which is predicted to tick an array of important boxes related to the realm of space technology.

SpaceX Dragon Launch: Great Ramifications

The stakes are quite high when it comes to the SpaceX Dragon launch. It’s certainly not another commercial resupply mission to the International Space Station (ISS). The fact that it’s going to act as an important agent to NASA so far as various significant experiments are concerned, moves it to a different pedestal altogether.

The take-off is slated for 4.19pm EST (9.19pm GMT) from Launch Complex 39A at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Whereas, it is scheduled to arrive at the ISS at 9.43am EST (2.43PM GMT) on Wednesday November 23.

Upon reaching the ISS, the SpaceX Dragon 2 is expected to dock autonomously at the forward-facing port of Harmony module, which remains the space station’s “utility hub” that connects the US, European and Japanese laboratory modules.

NASA has stated that it’s relying a lot on the SpaceX Dragon launch – “The Dragon spacecraft will deliver a variety of NASA investigations, including the next pair of International Space Station Roll Out Solar Arrays (iROSAs), which will augment power to the orbiting laboratory.”

It has been learned that the SpaceX Dragon 2 is likely to spend around one month attached to the orbiting facility before making its return to Earth.

SpaceX Launch

One of Its Kind

The Dragon spacecraft has been meticulously designed to carry up to 7 passengers to and from Earth orbit and beyond. It happens to be the first private spacecraft to take humans to the International Space Station (ISS). Out of all the spacecraft currently in operation, it is the only one which is capable of bringing back considerable amounts of cargo to Earth.

It has enough firepower in its barrel as it comes with 16 Draco thrusters and a Dragon parachute system. For the uninitiated, each Draco thruster engine is well-equipped to generate 90 pounds of force in the vacuum of space.

Elon Musk might be hoping for a turnaround in his fortune and the SpaceX Dragon launch could well bring some solace for him. The recent Twitter mass exodus has added to his woes and at any cost he has to make the Starship rocket launch a reality in December. At the moment, the onus lies on the next SpaceX launch. We will keep you posted with exclusive updates on this massive SpaceX news.

All eyes are on the much-awaited SpaceX Starship launch, a multi-billion project that could finally see the light of the day next month, after several postponements. Barely two months ago, the SpaceX Falcon 9 flight was launched from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, in a bid to strengthen its Starlink Satellite Internet Service. This was the 61st dedicated Starlink mission and the 180th overall flight for SpaceX.

Apparently, it has been a decent run for SpaceX so far and the upcoming Starship Rocket launch could help it strike gold. Let’s delve deeper with this and try to analyze its larger ramifications.

Starship Rocket Launch

We can finally expect the Starship Rocket launch to happen in December as the NASA Advisory council has given the nod. [Image Credit: NASA]

SpaceX Starship Launch: The Long Wait Seems Over

There is a strong possibility that we could witness the first orbital test flight of SpaceX’s super-heavy lift rocket as early as next month. For the uninitiated, the Starship Rocket launch is on the cards for quite long and has been shelved time and again for various reasons. But now it appears to come to life shortly, especially after the recently-concluded high-profile NASA Advisory Council meeting.

Senior NASA official, Mark Kirasich, who has been at the helm of overseeing the development of the Artemis program, stated that the SpaceX Starship launch might happen in December itself. Kirasich said with conviction that there’s no looking back so far as the project is concerned – “We track four major Starship flights. The first one here is coming up in December, part of early December.”

The ‘Star’ That’s Shooting

SpaceX’s Starship happens to be a fully reusable, super heavy-lift launch vehicle, meant to traverse to Earth orbit, the Moon and might be even faraway destinations like Mars. It seems to be the dream project of the Hawthorne-headquartered company’s CEO Elon Musk, who acquired Twitter of late.

The Starship spacecraft has enough firepower to meet up the sky-high expectations around it, courtesy of SpaceX’s next-gen Raptor engines. There are 39 of them in total; of which, 33 are designated for the booster and the rest 6 are meant for the spacecraft.

Starship Launch Date

NASA has chosen SpaceX to facilitate human landing on the Moon and the Starship Rocket launch is a key piece of that puzzle. [Image Credit: NASA]

No Room to Musk It Off

SpaceX has been going all guns blazing to popularize its Starlink Satellite Internet Service and to be honest, Musk has a lot at stake when it comes to the Starship Rocket launch. It can unlock a whole new horizon for him and his company. But there’s a catch too.

Elon Musk’s SpaceX has inked a $2.89 billion deal with NASA. According to this contract, SpaceX has to successfully demonstrate that Starship can actually land humans on the Moon by late 2025 as an integral part of the space agency’s Artemis 3 mission. But at the moment, things don’t stand in favor of Musk and SpaceX. Till date, the company has an outstanding list of regulatory requirements that it requires to fulfill in order to get the all-important license from the FAA.

Pretty recently, Musk had to close the $44 billion-Twitter deal after a court order directed him to do the same. Hence, he is not in a position to take any chances with the SpaceX Starship launch. Though there’s no confirmation yet regarding the Starship Launch date, we can expect it to happen in December itself as there’s a lot at stake and NASA has also hinted at the same.

The latest SpaceX launch happened on September 18, 2022, from pad 40 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station after getting delayed for five consecutive days due to poor weather. The SpaceX Falcon 9 flight turned out to be the 61st dedicated Starlink mission and the 180th overall flight for SpaceX. This SpaceX rocket launch has serious ramifications so far as the overall progress of Starlink satellites are concerned. Here’s all you need to know.

SpaceX Rocket Launch

The latest SpaceX rocket launch is believed to increase Starlink Satelite Internet Service’s ability by manifold. [Image Credit: SpaceX]

How Much Does Starlink Satelite Internet Service Cost?

In order to avail of the high-speed Starlink Satelite Internet Service, which assures strong, stable internet connectivity even if you are in a remote or rural location – literally, anywhere around the world, you have to pay $110 on a monthly basis. However, there’s an added pocket pinch of $599 for the necessary equipment to initiate the whole Starlink Satelite Internet Service setup. Though it might sound a bit steep, it’s a one-time cost.

Starlink Satelite Internet Service Availability

Last Wednesday, the Elon Musk-owned company took to Twitter to announce that thanks to “Starlink’s space laser network,” the rare service is now available on all seven continents including Antarctica. The latest SpaceX launch offers a strong support so far as the seamless functioning of its hassle-free global internet services are concerned. Interestingly, the National Science Foundation has recently deployed Starlink user terminals at the McMurdo Station research facility. There’s no doubt about the fact that this extremely significant development serves a massive boost to SpaceX’s aspirations to gain the trust of consumers, globally and popularize Starlink Satelite Internet Service’s widespread usage.

Is Starlink Satelite Internet Service Coming to Cruises?

What if one doesn’t need to worry about strong and stable internet connectivity while in the middle of the sea, on a cruise? This is indeed something, which has been in growing demand over the last couple of years. You would be amazed to know that quite soon, this is going to happen, for real!

In early 2022, SpaceX claimed that its premium Starlink Satelite Internet Service, is capable of supporting connectivity for RVs, boats and planes. A few weeks back, the renowned Royal Caribbean Group announced that Starlink user terminals would be installed “on all Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises ships, along with all new vessels.” This makes the seasoned player the first in the cruise industry to adopt SpaceX’s Starlink Satelite Internet Service with high-speed, low-latency connectivity for guests and crew members.

When is the next SpaceX launch?

SpaceX Crew 5 Mission is slated for an October 3-launch and acknowledging its importance, NASA has decided to review the backup launch date of Artemis I, in order to avoid a possible conflict. All eyes would be on the next SpaceX launch, which is anticipated to have great implications.

How many Falcon 9 rockets are there?

SpaceX claims that Falcon 9 happens to be the first orbital class rocket capable of flight. Being quite instrumental to the expansion of SpaceX’s high-speed, low-latency Starlink Satelite Internet Service, it has an excellent proven track record so far. To date, it has 176 launches, 135 landings, and 114 total flights to its tally. The numbers speak volumes about its enormous potential and reflect trust courtesy of its high success rate.
